Sarcocure 84 is a new curative developed for TDI prepolymers exhibiting outstanding chemical, solvent and stain resistance. Sarcocure 84 curative has a long gel time giving the operator enough time to mix and pour large parts by hand mixing with relative ease. The finished polyurethane elastomer exhibit good physical properties, including good tensile strength, high resilience and excellent wear characteristics.
Sarcocure 84 is a liquid at room temperature and can be processed at ambient or elevated temperatures. This curative is recommended for producing soft rollers with superior solvent resistance.
Sarcocure 114 is a blended liquid aromatic diamine polyurethane curative. ?t is free of mercury catalyst, Moca and flammable solvents. Sarcocure 114 is liquid at room temperature and can be processed at ambient or elevated temperatures.
Sarcocure 114 has been formulated for use in applications where excellent abrasion and wear characteristic are required. It has been designed such that catalyst may be added to the curative to decrease demould time.
Ethacure 300 is a liquid aromatic polyurethane curative. Cast polyurethane stress/strain physical properties are excellent. At similar hardness, these properties compare favourably with other diamine curatives.
Ethacure 300 curative is convenient to use because it is a liquid at room temperature and is processed at room temperature.
Traditional high performance aromatic diamine curative for TDI Prepolymers. Supplied as solid pellets which require melting. Used only with hot cast elastomers.
