At Makro Chemical, we take great pride in connecting with the young engineers who will shape the future of our industry and contributing to the exchange of knowledge and experience. In this context, our R&D Manager, Aslan Alphan, and R&D Specialist, Tuğçe Berçin, attended the Graduation Projects Exhibition organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering at Ege University.
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to review the graduation projects prepared with great dedication by senior chemical engineering students. Their innovative approaches, technical perspectives, and industry-oriented solutions were particularly inspiring. Meaningful discussions on career planning, industry expectations, and professional development with future engineers preparing to begin their careers were among the most valuable outcomes of the event.
As Makro Chemical, while placing R&D and innovation at the center of our business, we strongly believe in the critical role of university-industry collaboration in advancing our sector. Events like this not only provide opportunities for young talents to engage with industry professionals but also strengthen the exchange of knowledge and experience.
The event also held special significance for our R&D Manager, Aslan Alphan. A graduate of Ege University’s Department of Chemical Engineering, he returned to the faculty where he once studied—this time representing the industry as an R&D leader. Reconnecting with the distinguished professors who guided him throughout his academic journey and sharing his industry experience with students made the occasion especially meaningful.
We are delighted to share the enthusiasm of the next generation of engineers and would like to congratulate all students who value knowledge, research, and innovative thinking. We extend our sincere thanks to the faculty members of the Department of Chemical Engineering at Ege University for their kind invitation and hospitality, and we wish all future graduates a successful and rewarding professional career.
At Makro Chemical, we will continue to support university-industry collaborations, engage with young talents, and contribute to initiatives that help shape the future of our industry.
